I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was super central, allowing me to easily walk to all the famous landmarks in just 10 to 15 minutes. It was so convenient not having to rely on public transportation. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, always there to assist with any needs or questions I had. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a safe. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering amazing views and delicious meals and cocktails.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions in the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great restaurant recommendations and sightseeing ideas. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of food and a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the linen was high quality. The hotel had a wonderful rooftop area, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea with a lemon or a glass of wine. the hotel was nicely furnished and styled, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

There were a few small downsides to our stay. the shower in our room had inconsistent water temperature and also leaked, which made the floor wet.

Perfect location for historical sites, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, large and clean room, lovely roof terrace.

The Otivm is a very special hotel. The location is central to all the major sites. The boutique hotel design provides for a unique and wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive you feel extremely welcome. The staff provide you with helpful tips on places to eat, visit and experience. The rooms are beautiful with quirky and modern interior design. Perfectly air-conditioned, cleaned twice daily with an abundance of towels and toiletries. Small touches like sweets on your pillow are such a nice gesture. When you travel to the fifth floor, the magic begins with the rooftop bar and views. Spectacular views across the Capital building, stunning cocktails, snacks, service, and incredible ambiance. Breakfast provides a wonderful variety of fresh foods, fruits, pastries, prosecco, and hot coffee. Every staff member is generous in their welcome and engagement. You will feel like a rock star with the warmth and style of the setting. The only hotel to choose. We will return!

This hotel is exceptional, with a perfect location near major attractions. It boasts a stylish interior, excellent service, and delicious breakfast. The room and modern bathroom are spacious and well ordered. The highlight of the stay was the lovely roof garden bar and amazing view from the terrace. Though there weren't any real public rooms downstairs, it didn't matter as we were out of the hotel for most of the day.
