My family and I had a wonderful 8-night stay at Palazzo BN. The apartments were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable, with wonderful beds and pillows. The room service delivery for breakfast was great, and the location in the heart of the old town was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, gelato stores, and cafes. The off-site parking was easily accessible, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the best beaches and restaurants in the area. Viviana and her team provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Lecce. The suite was spacious and gorgeously designed. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. The breakfast delivered to the room was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and bar on the roof, were excellent.
