We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the charming town. We could easily walk to the Piazza Grande and the beautiful views from the old city walls. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, from providing driving directions to recommending local restaurants. The service was fantastic, with room service and housekeeping taking care of our every need. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The complimentary toiletries were high quality and there was even a stocked fridge and snacks. The breakfast served in the beautiful dining room was delicious, and the staff made the best cappuccinos. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great city trip with two complementary drinks and breakfast served at the table. the historical building was well maintained with elegant and modern facilities. Location was key, central to all the cafes, bars and restaurants, giving us plenty of options to explore the city.

The free parking was a bit of a walk from the hotel and we had to carry our luggage. There were no elevators, just stairs, so make sure you pack light or get ready for a workout.

The palazzo is beautiful with comfortable rooms and a fantastic bath. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room. The location was perfect, close to everything in Montepulciano. I highly recommend Palazzo Carletti for a wonderful stay in Italy.

We stayed in the room with the street facing balcony. The fresco on the ceiling from the 15th century was incredible! The room was magnificent with a modern and updated steam room/shower and separate bathroom. The location in the heart of town was perfect. Federica, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She even helped with dining reservations and provided a map for guidance.
