Great value for money, with a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right in the historical center with easy access to explore on foot. The staff went above and beyond, being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast items could have been more varied or have more options.

The food in the Food Valley was absolutely disgusting. The art gallery had paintings that made me want to vomit. The coffee bar served the worst coffee I have ever tasted. And the events hosted at the literary cafe were simply dreadful.

The local products at the shop were surprisingly delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. the staff at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati were incredibly friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite with the best view of the Church and Square. As a disabled traveler, they went above and beyond, assisting me with my luggage and even removing a floor rug for safety. the restaurant recommendation they gave us, Ristorante Angiol D'Or, was excellent. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered to our room at our chosen time. the location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of a vibrant area filled with great shops and a bookstore. the spacious room with a kitchenette and dining table was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again if we visit.

The historical building exuded charm and the modern finishes made it comfortable. We especially loved the spaciousness of the apartment with its three large bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, and sitting room. The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the Duomo. It truly made our stay in Parma memorable.

One drawback was that the apartment faced a church square, which made it noisy during the day. However, if you enjoy the music from street performers, it can be quite cool.

We stayed in a charming hotel located right in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the duomo and right next to the cathedral. The room was beautifully furnished and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was excellent, with the hotel manager offering great advice on local restaurants. the private parking was a great advantage.

The shower nozzle in our room wouldn't stay up in its holder, which was a minor inconvenience.

The room was lovely and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities, including a cafe and Wi-Fi, were convenient and of high quality.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing. It was right in the heart of the historic district, just a stone's throw away from the main square. Being so close to everything made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. I loved that I could easily walk to nearby cafes, shops, and restaurants.

our recent stay in parma was surpassed by our experience at this charming piazza villa. the period renovated apartments were spacious and spotless, making us feel right at home. a truly perfect location with amazing churches and cobblestone roads right outside our doorstep.

Our stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati was absolutely delightful. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook our own meals. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with any requests or recommendations. The breakfast, although not outstanding, was sufficient. Despite a few minor hiccups during check-in and a mishap with the hotel driver, we were overall pleased with our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Parma.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the major attractions and shopping streets on foot. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Another advantage was the spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, which made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious aristocratic palace.

The main downside was that the windows in our room were not well soundproofed, so we could hear noise from the street late at night and early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some dust falling from the fan and cupboard.

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, right beside the cathedral, with nice places to eat and sit with the locals just outside. The staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and parking.

The Palazzo in Parma was a stunning and great place to stay. The location was fabulous, right next to the Bapistry and across from the Cathedral, making it the best location in the city. The "room" I booked was actually a very large apartment with a full kitchen and living room, a great value for the money. The staff, especially Mattia on the front desk, was exceptional. He made time for my family to check in and rest up before the rest of our group arrived, and he even helped us secure a PCR test so we could leave for Dubai. The hotel manager was fluent in English and gave great advice on local restaurants. the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from the main square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. You can easily wander around without worrying about traffic since it is located in a pedestrian zone. the hotel offers stunning views of the river, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent service. In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast filled with a variety of options to start your day off right.

It would have been even more enjoyable if the hotel had a fitness center for guests to use.
