The balcony offered incredible views and was perfect for enjoying a cheese board and wine. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom products were great. The location was central and within walking distance of the main attractions. The building felt safe and secure. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We stayed in a charming residenza down a quieter street just off the main areas in Florence. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center and near all the attractions. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean, with a balcony offering amazing views. The service provided by Ms. Samuela was exceptional - she was extremely helpful and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast served in a nearby restaurant was scrumptious, a great way to start the day.

We had a minor issue with the private parking suggested by the hotel. The car took 2 hours to be picked up and was returned with some scratches, which was not mentioned or addressed by the staff.

This hotel was fantastic- easy to city centre and had everything you need on the doorstep. The location was excellent, with the spectacular Cathedral only minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were expertly styled and spacious. The views over the Dome were amazing, and it was great to have a sitting area for a drink in the evening. The hotel was beautiful and the accommodation very clean.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, with no scrambled eggs left and average fruits. The basic orange juice didn't match the great quality of the room.

This hotel is a gem! its location is unbeatable. It’s right in the center of the city, making it super easy to explore Florence. Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thirdly, the rooms are beautiful and stunningly decorated. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the cathedral roof, which was an amazing experience. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and was the perfect start to our day. We loved everything about our stay, from the great quality room to the terrace views.

We loved the central location of the hotel, just a few steps away from all the major attractions. Our room had the most incredible view of the Duomo from the balcony. The staff was welcoming and supportive, and even arranged a breakfast to-go for our early departure. a great stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better – tucked away on a quiet side street, yet just a short 5-10 minute walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was spacious and modern, perfect for three of us with our large suitcases. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed cappuccinos right across the street. The view from our balcony, with the basilica bells in the distance, was amazing to wake up to. The customer service was top-notch, with the owner, his wife, and the front desk staff going above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again – with only 8 rooms, their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched!
