We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, penthouse apartment at Palazzo Feroci. Everything was perfect, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided. The welcome bottle of red wine was a lovely touch. The dining kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, and the bedroom was spacious with a walk-in closet. The bathroom was unbelievable, with a huge shower. The real highlight was the rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the city, where we enjoyed a stunning sunset. The location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the Tower of Pisa, and we even had a glimpse of it from our lounge. We will definitely return and recommend this place to our family and friends.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the main attractions and easily accessible from the train station and the airport. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the room itself was stunning, with beautiful interiors and spacious areas, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the breakfast service was a little disorganized, with the waitresses seeming overwhelmed and inexperienced.
