We had a great stay at a hotel located right by the station as well as some historic sites. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was stylish. The service was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the spacious lounge. The location was perfect, as we were in walking distance of the churches with mosaics that we wanted to visit, and close to restaurants.

The breakfast could have been improved upon.

Our stay at Palazzo Galletti Abbiosi was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The reception staff, Natalia and Max, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room, though small, had everything we needed and was well-equipped. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and fantastic restaurants. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of a historic city. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with beautiful high ceilings and very comfortable beds. The attention to detail is evident, from the inclusion of a bathtub in the rooms to the complimentary breakfast which offers a very frothy cappuccino and delicious cakes. The location is perfect, right in the center of Ravenna, allowing easy access to all the important sites.

Our apartment in the resort was absolutely stunning and we wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and delicious coffee. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and nice. The location was perfect with free parking available and private parking right next to the hotel. The staff at breakfast time were exceptionally kind and made our day with their professionalism and personable demeanor. The hotel was very clean and had a great ambiance. It was also conveniently located near historic points of interest.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. We found it great for exploring and discovering Ravenna. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The rooms, although small, had very comfortable beds and some even had balconies. The breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit, delicious charcuterie, and patisserie, as well as Italian coffee made just the way we liked it.

That the rooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos, but they were still very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Ravenna, making it easy to explore all the major landmarks. Additionally, the spacious and clean rooms offer a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is generous, with fresh food, cold meat, cheese, and bread.

The air conditioning controls were erratic, and the water for showering was only tepid.

The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and they had a good variety of food. the location was great since it was close to the city center and easy to walk everywhere. we got two complimentary drinks, which was a nice gesture.

The room was pretty small and the heating system was broken, making it too hot to sleep. We complained to the staff but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
