This B&B is located right opposite the beautiful San Giorgio church, on the main street of Modica. It offers a great view of the city rising up on the steep hill across the street. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable furniture and excellent mattresses. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are spacious. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the B&B is well located near restaurants and gelaterias.

The decor and furniture in the B&B are a bit old and tattered, and could use a fresh coat of paint throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Il Cavaliere B&B. the former palace is situated just a short walk from the old town, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. Our room was a delight, with a breathtaking tall painted ceiling, grand old furniture, including a chaise longue, and a balcony offering a great view of the cathedral. the room was very spacious and provided excellent value for the price. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the gift of chocolate on the pillow. Being a family-run B&B gave it a cozy atmosphere, and we loved being surrounded by their photos and treasures. Breakfast in the grand reception room was relaxing and enjoyable. It was truly a lovely stay, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the center of town. The attention to detail in the renovated 18th-century mansion is truly impressive. The antique furniture and painted ceilings give a sense of stepping back in time. The rooms are spacious and clean, with views to Modica Alta and a charming view through the wrought-iron terrace to the San Giorgio Duomo. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including nice Italian pastries and some local touches.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even assisted when I was in need of medical attention. the B&B itself had a charming and atmospheric ambiance, with well-preserved antique furniture and stunning views from the room. the location was also very convenient, with many attractions and shopping areas within walking distance.

The WiFi reception was quite limited, only available in the common areas. This was a minor inconvenience as I would have preferred to have WiFi access from my room.
