The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The rooftop breakfast with a view of the Duomo was a highlight, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center with an infinity pool and sun terrace. We truly felt pampered and relaxed during our stay here.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic, close to historic sites, nice restaurants, and nightlife. Bonus points for the rooftop terrace with the pool and breakfast service, which was rich and delicious.

Although the balcony was advertised in the room description, it turned out to be too small for chairs and a good view. The bathroom taps were too high, making it hard to wash our faces without splashing water all over the basin and floor.
