Spent Xmas at a historic hotel and had a decent time. the location was great, within walking distance to several ski lifts and restaurants. Loved the cozy fireplace in the lounge area, made the place feel very homey. the breakfast in the morning was awesome, with a nice mix of pastries, cheeses, and fruits. the spa was also a nice touch, really enjoyed the relaxing massage.

The rooms were incredibly small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. the mattresses were also quite uncomfortable, left me with a sore back every morning.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The owners, Stefano and Isabella, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were cosy and well-appointed, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection of delicious, locally sourced products, including freshly baked cakes and cookies. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Great location, newly renovated property with cosy rooms. Delicious breakfast with fresh eco products. Isabella's omelets were amazing! The rooms had nice beds and both a shower and jacuzzi bath. Spa and wine available. Lovely food to-go for early departures. Will recommend and hope to return next year!

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The newly renovated Palazzo Lodron Bertelli provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast, with fresh eco products and delicious omelets cooked by Isabella, was delightful. The rooms were superb, complete with a jacuzzi bath for relaxation after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed the option to visit the spa at an additional cost. The hotel even offered a 10% discount for ski rental, which was very helpful. The added touch of receiving bags of food to-go for our early morning departure was greatly appreciated. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. We are already planning to come back next year!
