Recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Florence and had a fantastic experience. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the highlight of our stay was the fabulous spa, which provided the perfect relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Florence again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel during my trip to a beautiful city. I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome I received from the staff upon my arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was ready for me even before the official check-in time. The hotel's lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated, exuding an elegant and inviting atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious shower and bathroom, along with the cozy bed, ensured that I had a restful night's sleep. I also had access to a lovely garden and a breakfast/lounge area where I enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast each morning.

Beautiful Property just outside of the centre of Florence. Excellent renovation work carried out. The room was perfect; bed, AC, Bathroom. Lovely boutique hotel, not central, perfect for Le Cure zone. From the outside, I wasn't expecting much of this hotel, but from first setting foot on the lovely mosaic-floored entrance hall, I knew it was special. The staff were excellent, the rooms spotlessly clean with modern bathrooms. Delightful! We were really attracted to this hotel, and we couldn't work out why it was so cheap. Yes, it's about a 15-min walk from the centre, but who wants to stay in the hustle and bustle?

The continental breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I especially enjoyed the free aperitif in the evening, a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was the private balcony in my suite, offering a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice bonus as well. Despite the constant buzzing from the electrical supply, the serene atmosphere of the hotel made up for it. I highly recommend Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique and would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff. the hotel was close to all the attractions in the city, which made sightseeing easy. One of the best things we liked about the hotel was the spa, which was a nice bonus after a day of exploring the city.

Poorly designed shower and unreliable hot water. the shower in our bathroom lacked a seal, causing the water to leak onto the floor, which made shower time messy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was of high quality, with fresh ingredients. The room, although small, was comfortable and well equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee machine. The highlight of our stay was the spa, which had a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. As young families, we appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Felt like visiting family, no complaint.
