Had a fantastic stay in a beautifully decorated hotel right in the heart of the city. the breakfast was top-notch, served with a view of a lush garden and a pool. the rooms and common areas felt like an elegant art museum, truly a visual delight.

The lack of personalized service was a letdown, missing key elements like a 24-hour reception, parking assistance, and doorman service. Staffing seemed inadequate, causing communication mishaps and unfulfilled requests.

Arriving at the hotel, we were delighted by the magical ambiance. the beautifully appointed rooms and public spaces, along with the lovely secret garden, created a truly enchanting experience. Everywhere we turned, there were interesting, well-appointed spaces that made us feel like we were in a haven in the heart of the city. the rooms were large, luxurious, and comfortable, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. Being right in the middle of the old town allowed us to easily explore the charm of the surroundings. the exceptional staff were helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast room was gorgeous with a fabulous spread of delicious and lovely food, adding to the overall experience.
