Nothing to dislike.

My weekend stay at a certain hotel was amazing! the quality renovation of the old building and contemporary design are a perfect match. the hotel had a private access pontoon which was very convenient. the staff were incredibly helpful and charming, always willing to assist and make recommendations. the hotel's location was also very good; it was situated in a quiet location but only a few minutes’ walk from the main areas. Another advantage was the cleanliness and comfortable beds. it was a delightful experience.

There was one thing that I found to be a bit disappointing: the hotel provided two small cans of water on check-in and when I asked for more water on the second day, I was told that I would have to order it from the bar. I found this a bit cheap for a supposedly 5 star hotel.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was met with the most friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a luxurious haven, with exclusive amenities and stunning design. The Spa & wellness centre, including the sauna, was an added bonus, providing a relaxing environment to unwind in. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue was the lack of complimentary water; only two small cans were provided on check-in and more have to be ordered from the bar.

Superbly renovated historic building, contemporary design, private access pontoon, well-equipped and clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.
