We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provided excellent service. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old town center. It was so convenient to explore the city and get a taste of the local culture. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed the beautiful views and had a delicious breakfast. The staff truly made our experience memorable and we can't wait to return!

Great location and comfortably decorated rooms. the hotel also had fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. the staff were helpful and assisted with any queries we had.

The hotel had quite a few downsides. the room was not as clean as we expected, with clothes and toiletries moved around without reason.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with the old and new parts of the city within walking distance. I really appreciated the shuttle service that picked me up from the train station upon arrival, making it so easy to get here with my luggage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the marina, and the breakfast served there was absolutely divine. I felt completely pampered with the individual service, from personalized coffee preferences to perfectly cooked eggs. The attention to detail and level of service here truly exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
