As a vegan, I was thrilled with how accommodating the breakfast staff was, going out of their way to cater to my dietary needs. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptional. the attention to detail and the genuine care demonstrated by Pamela and her team truly made us feel like part of the family. This is now our go-to hotel whenever we visit - a true home away from home.

The dining in-room breakfast and bar/lounge area were exceptional, but it was the staff that really stood out. Their excellent service made our stay feel special.

The location of this hotel was top-notch, with many key attractions within walking distance. the staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made our Christmas stay even more special. We were delighted to be offered a room upgrade upon arrival and the breakfast served by the lovely lady was always fresh and tasty.

That the wifi connection was quite weak in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected with family back home. Another issue we faced was the size of the room, as it was quite cramped once we brought our suitcases in.
