We had a wonderful five-day break at Palazzo Niccolini Al Duomo. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was cozy and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with arranging art tours. We also enjoyed three delicious dinners at Zibibbo 2, which was recommended by the receptionist. The royal suite was an absolute dream, with stunning vintage furniture and beautiful Renaissance decor. The view of the Duomo from the master bedroom windows was mesmerizing. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower was a delight. We were enchanted by our stay and have already decided to return for a longer trip. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a truly special experience.

A hidden gem with a rich history and prime location. I was fortunate enough to stay in the suite with stunning frescoes, a unique touch that made my experience truly unforgettable. The central location allowed for easy exploration of the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The historic decor and furnishings were fantastic. Adjacent to the Duomo, perfect location. Staff attentive and accommodating. Room with view, high ceilings, and antique furniture. Breakfast had a great variety.

This hotel is perfectly located in a pedestrian-only area, right next to the Cathedral and in front of the main church. The rooms are beautifully decorated in classical style, with an exceptionally nice bathroom and a view of the Duomo right outside the windows. Breakfast is included and is served with attention to detail.

It is situated in a largely pedestrianized area, making it a convenient and peaceful place to stay. The hotel itself is housed in a historic building with a rich and fascinating history, including being the former studio of the renowned sculptor Donatello. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of counter space and shelves for toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and offering useful recommendations for activities and dining options. The breakfast room is stunning, having been lovingly restored by the owner, and the breakfast itself is delicious, with a variety of fresh and high-quality options available. Some rooms even offer a view of the impressive Duomo.

While the hotel provides a unique and memorable experience, the limited availability of staff between 8am and 9pm may pose a challenge for guests who need assistance outside of these hours.

The breakfast and afternoon tea offered at our hotel were delicious! We loved the variety of options they had. the hotel was perfectly located in the center of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. we really enjoyed having access to the small courtyard garden that was exclusively for guests.

We did notice a strong odor in our room every night that was unpleasant to say the least. We also found that some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as we would have liked.
