The rooms had a nice design with high ceilings, which gave them a spacious feel. the hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to major attractions in the area. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was really nice and enjoyable.

I recently had a fantastic holiday here with my mother. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported. They even helped us book a private water taxi, which was a great way to start our trip. The hotel itself was smaller than I expected, but it turned out to be a perfect choice. The Royal Suite with Jacuzzi was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of a charming square and a gondola stop. Everything was spotlessly clean and the location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. I highly recommend this place for its luxury and comfort.

The only downside is that the hotel is located in a quiet square, which can be quite dark at night with limited entertainment and dining options.

I stayed at a fantastic hotel with a perfect location, in a quiet street near the city centre. The staff was always helpful with tours and room service. The amenities in the room were very complete, with all you need for a comfortable stay. Besides, there was a lovely leisure and dining area with garden furniture, where you could enjoy a snack or a welcome drink, and a flat-screen TV available in the lounge area.

I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for excellent service, peacefulness, and a complete set of amenities in a lovely hotel with an outstanding location that makes it easy to reach all the attractions around.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the bedsheets were filled with obvious human hairs, indicating that they had not been changed from the previous guest's stay.
