We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was fabulous and had nice lighting, a super comfy bed with great sheets, and a large bathroom. The location was absolutely fabulous, with a great restaurant next door and the boulevard of fashion just steps away. The staff, especially the host Francesca, were really nice and helpful, recommending an amazing traditional Italian restaurant for us to try.

The breakfast menu could use a little more variety.

The noise from the adjacent narrow alley can be disruptive, especially at night when people pass through and restaurant staff use it.

Had an unforgettable Easter weekend- staying at the amazing hotel was the highlight of the trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the free drinks in the minibar and coffee available. the location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and excellent restaurants nearby. the modern decor adds a splash of luxury, and the responsive and approachable staff were the icing on the cake. the hotel's care and effort contributed to the enjoyable experience.

Although the room was comfortable, there was little space to store our clothes as only three hangers were available. However, this was the only downside to our otherwise pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a few steps away from the Giglio watertaxi stop. It is also conveniently close to great food options and a short walk to St Mark Square. The rooms are well-decorated, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel staff provides daily cleaning service. The complimentary minibar refilled every day with water, beer, prosecco, and bellini is a nice touch. The elevator in the hotel is also very nice and convenient.

Some minor noise due to vacuuming and pedestrians can be heard, but it shouldn't be a major inconvenience.

We had an amazing experience here. This venue is perfectly located nearby to everything but still maintains a peaceful atmosphere. We loved the cleanliness, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in our room. The mini-bar and free toiletries were a huge plus. The staff were lovely and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and express check-in/out. Highly recommended to family and friends.

My recent stay at Palazzo Pianca was simply fantastic. The beautifully designed building and contemporary rooms gave me a true sense of staying in an old palazzo in Venice. The spacious bathroom and impeccable cleanliness added to the overall comfort. What made my experience even better was the personal touch and friendliness of the staff. I can't wait to return to this amazing place.

The hotel is located in a perfect and quiet area, just opposite the Gritty palace. Everything is newly renovated and clean. The staff is super lovely and welcoming.
