This hotel was exceptional! The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The entrance hall was lovely and added to the experience. The bathtub and large bed in our beautifully styled room with a romantic view from the top of the tower were great. Breakfast was also delicious and cosy.

We were adventure travelers and loved the hotel's central location, helpful staff, and vintage decor. The pet-friendly policy made it easy to bring our Rottweiler along. The valet parking service was a convenient bonus.

We were initially concerned about the valet service and potential scams, but the hotel staff at Palazzo Roselli Cecconi went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. They were on our side and provided great support, even in a foreign country. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Florence and easy to explore the city. The room itself was amazing, with a beautiful and modern design, especially the bathroom. Our stay was made even better by the helpful and friendly Niccolò. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Christmas stay was a really wonderful occasion and we found ourselves fully comfortable right from the start. the hotel had a great breakfast spread every morning and lovely, clean rooms. One of the best things was that they provided complimentary fruit baskets and a local wine bottle to our room, which was really appreciated. It was located in a prime spot, we could get to all the famous landmarks by walking. After a full day of exploring, we really enjoyed the peace on the hotel's charming terrace.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the lights in our room were a bit confusing and we couldn’t quite figure out how they worked.

We stayed in the room with the private tower at Palazzo Roselli Cecconi. This room was absolutely fantastic and provided a unique experience during our stay. the view from the tower was breathtaking, offering panoramic sights of all the major attractions in Firenze, from Santa Maria del Fiore to Giardino Bardini. the hotel spaces were beautifully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and satisfying breakfast that was provided.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Roselli Cecconi! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent for our intended activities in Florence. The entrance hall gave us a sense of cultural and artistic immersion, like being in a museum. The vintage style perfume bottles in the wall display added a special touch. The lift was charming and full of character. The bathroom was nice, although some shelving above the sink for toiletries would have been appreciated. it was a superb experience.
