We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo Rosenthal and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 14 people. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any request or question. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, and Herculaneum, all easily accessible by train. We also appreciated the ample parking and the beautiful grounds where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views of Vesuvius. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception, including the helpful receptionist, made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. the rooms were comfortable, the pillows were great, and the shower was brilliant. the hotel grounds were well-maintained and beautiful, and we loved the breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Neapolis and Pompeii.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview Hotel & Resort and had a fantastic experience. I traveled with 3 children, and the room provided was incredibly spacious. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the train station and even picked us up from there. The views of Mount Vesuvius and Capri from the hotel were absolutely beautiful. Giovanni, one of the staff members, made our stay extra special with his great advice and impeccable service. The hotel garden is stunning, and we loved sitting on our balcony in the evenings. The location is also perfect for exploring Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Napoli, and the Amalfi Coast. a wonderful experience!
