The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, spoke English fluently and provided excellent service. The accommodation had a lovely wooden ceiling, good Wi-Fi, and the double glass windows kept the room peaceful and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right next to the San Marco Square and the first San Marco vaparetto stop. It's just a 30 second walk from St Mark's Square and the water buses to-and-from the airport. The staff was very helpful and polite, they even printed out train timetables for us and suggested the best way to get to the train station. The service provided by this hotel is top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, room heating and air conditioning, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast served at the sister hotel, which had a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only downside was that we had to walk a short distance to the sister hotel for breakfast. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience at this hotel.
