I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the historic center. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the sights and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms had high ceilings, giving a sense of spaciousness, and despite being basic, they were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices. it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the old town.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely ok.

I had an amazing stay at a beautifully decorated large room with a chic bathroom and living area. The price/quality ratio was excellent and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The patio was also perfect for relaxing. The staff, especially the two ladies serving breakfast, were nice and helpful. I highly recommend Palazzo Zacheo Bed & Breakfast for a great stay in Gallipoli.

The B&B was located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The apartment was spacious and had a charming, basic setup. The outdoor deck was a great spot to enjoy the sunshine during my Christmas stay.

There was no hot water for bathing or showering in the morning, and the staff's response to our complaint was indifferent. Another inconvenience was the lack of information about parking in the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. We loved being able to explore the historical center with ease. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a high ceiling, making it feel even more comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the two ladies who served us breakfast. The property also had a lift, which was a huge bonus for us as we had heavy bags to carry.

The entrance hall could use some improvements.

Spent Easter weekend in a lovely hotel. the breakfast on the rooftop was definitely one of the best aspects of the stay. the view was simply stunning and the food was delicious. the fact that the hotel was located just a few steps away from the beach and the main street made everything super convenient.

The interiors were not up to the standard I was expecting. the room was okay, but definitely could use some improvement.
