We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was fantastic, with plenty of options for eating and drinking nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communication was excellent.

The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Communication was excellent, both before and during our stay. We loved the location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

I had the most wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, even bigger than I expected. It felt like a small apartment, complete with a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning was a dream, keeping the room at a perfect temperature throughout my stay. The location couldn't have been better - close enough to the center that I could easily walk to all the attractions, and right outside the door were plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes. The self check-in process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I must say, this was probably the best accommodation I've ever booked for a city break.

Although small, the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short walk to most tourist attractions which made it a great location, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.

Christmas morning was a mess. the breakfast was served in the room, which was a disaster as the small table only had two chairs, so one of us had to eat on the bed.

I stayed at a hotel near the port entrance, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The location was also close enough to the center, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious with tasteful furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked like it was straight out of a design magazine. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the ancient lift added a unique touch to the hotel.

One minor drawback was that the breakfast, although typical Italian, was not as filling as one would expect from a continental breakfast.
