I had an enjoyable stay at Palma Residence. The staff went above and beyond to help me locate my lost mobile phone, especially Zaid who was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the room, although basic, was clean. The location was conveniently close to stations, making it easy to get around.

The location of this residence was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the metro and train station. It made it a breeze to explore different parts of the city and even reach the airport. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It was nice to be greeted with smiles and get any assistance needed during my stay.

There were a few downsides to my experience. The walls were quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and hallway activity could be heard easily.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a block away from the train station and close to the downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and smiling. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we were very satisfied with our stay!

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors at times.

Almost perfect.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the effort they put into keeping everything tidy and fresh. It made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The late check-in was a disaster. We arrived at almost 11 pm and nobody was there to greet us.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right in the center of the city, close to all the main tourist attractions and only a 5-minute walk from Termini train station. The area is well-served with public transportation options, including subway, bus, and taxis. Despite being told that it is a notorious area, we didn't encounter any problems during our stay. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The staff at the reception were polite and friendly, making our experience even better.
