The location of the hotel was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The dinner could have been more sophisticated, lacking the level of refinement expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Over Easter, I had a fantastic getaway with great amenities and an amazing view of the beautiful snowfall. the private sauna and jacuzzi were a perfect way to relax. the rooms were exceptionally cozy and comfortable, and the food was top-notch.

I experienced a small conflict with some restaurant staff during my last dinner, which left a bitter feeling. Despite the restaurant being mostly friendly and professional, a few members of the staff treated us poorly and made us feel like second-class customers.

Our stay at Park Chalet Village in Livigno was absolutely perfect. The chalet itself was spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The highlight was definitely the private Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi, which provided the ultimate relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the selection of teas and Illy coffee was a nice touch. The outside seating area was lovely and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the older gentleman who served us was incredibly polite and kind. The location was great, just a short and enjoyable 15-minute walk to the town center. We also had the option to use the complimentary bikes or rent e-bikes for a small fee. The parking garage right next to our unit was convenient. our short stay at Park Chalet Village was a teaser to what we're sure would be an amazing longer stay.

While most of the restaurant staff were friendly and professional, we did have a negative encounter with a few members of the staff during our last dinner. They seemed to treat the Chalet Village guests as second-grade citizens compared to the outside guests of the restaurant.
