We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super supportive and helpful, always meeting our wishes. The location is beautiful, surrounded by Tuscan landscapes and closely located to charming villages in the Chianti area. It is also conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to explore Tuscany, including Florence, Siena, and Pisa. The hotel facilities, especially the fantastic pool and well-renovated rooms, were perfect for us. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond by getting us food from a nearby restaurant when the next-door restaurant was closed. We also appreciated the great tips and friendly service from the staff.

Great central location to explore Chianti, with easy access to wineries and other attractions. the staff went above and beyond in helping us arrange winery visits and providing useful information about the area. the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a convenient and enjoyable base for our Christmas holiday in Tuscany.

The hotel's proximity to the main road led to some noise disturbance, especially in the rooms facing the road. Additionally, there were limited dining options within walking distance, so a car was necessary to find good restaurants.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the convenient location of the property. It was perfectly situated between Firenze and Sienna, making it easy to explore the beautiful cities and towns in Tuscany. Additionally, being just off the Chianti wine road , I was able to visit numerous picturesque villages and vineyards in the region. the hotel's quiet surroundings were also a plus, despite being close to the main road, I couldn't hear any noise at all!

The room was beautiful and cleaned daily. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we felt safe throughout our stay. The swimming pool and surrounding area were peaceful and pleasant. It was easy to access vineyards and other places to visit in Tuscany, thanks to the hotel's location. The receptionist also provided us with recommendations for nearby restaurants and the best way to do our Chianti Classico tour.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the beautiful Chianti region, close to Florence and Siena. the hotel had comfortable and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, including a balcony. the breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying. the location was ideal for exploring the Chianti area and nearby cities. One advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who assisted with any needs or problems.

One negative aspect was the noise from the proximity to the highway, although it didn't affect the room or pool areas. Another downside was the difficulty in communication with the night staff at the reception, as they didn't speak English.
