The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sound-proofed windows that ensure a peaceful stay. The bathroom is comfortable and the hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with discounts for cave tours and allowing them to leave their car in the parking lot after check-out.

The hotel had a decent swimming pool and the rooms were clean and tidy. Bed linen was fresh and the bathrooms were well equipped. One of the best features was a hearty breakfast spread, which kept us full for most of the day. The location was also great for visiting nearby attractions and exploring the local area.

Sadly, we didn't have the most enjoyable experience during our stay. The hotel was noisy at night with Christmas parties and events happening every evening. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in offering assistance or answering our queries, which made our stay quite frustrating. We also found the prices quite high, considering some services were unavailable at this time of year. It was a shame as we had high hopes for a relaxing Christmas break.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby Grotta della Castellana caves, and the hotel even gave us discounted tickets. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including delicious croissants and fresh fruit.
