We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with high ceilings and architectural accents. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, including the luxurious bathroom with a marble-lined handicap shower. The hotel's location in a very nice neighborhood outside of the center was convenient, and the secure parking was a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included with our room rate was wonderful.

The decor and chandeliers were impressive, creating a wonderful ambiance. the breakfast had great gluten-free options and was enjoyable. Additionally, the room was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous.

The location was not ideal, being quite a walk from the main town. This made it feel a little unsafe to walk alone at night, especially for female guests.

The hotel park provided a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing. The receptionist gave us helpful tips, although it would have been nice to receive a spontaneous introduction about the hotel and the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area to get around the city and explore. the bathrooms are huge with separate showers and bathtubs, along with heated floors. the staff is very attentive and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel charges extra for everything, even ordering room service, adding an extra 20 euro fee for delivery. there was no complimentary service offered on special occasions, even when staff knew it was my boyfriend's birthday.
