During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the reception to the canteen. They went out of their way to make our stay better and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient and easily accessible parking area, which was a great advantage.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast options were quite limited and the quality could have been better.
