This hotel is a true paradise for those who seek a luxurious getaway. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal and exclusive. The spa and wellness centre offers a variety of body and beauty treatments that leave you feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and overlooks the stunning lake, surrounded by sun loungers and a sun terrace. The restaurant offers delicious cuisine and room service is also available for those who prefer to dine in their exclusive and spacious rooms.

The only minor issue I encountered was a slight delay with room service, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

The hotel was nicely located and had great lake views. The restaurant was really decent and we liked having a swim in the pool. It was nice to have the option to play tennis and boccia too.

We found that the hotel was lacking Christmas cheer and festive décor. Plus, the staff wasn't very enthusiastic about the holiday season either, as if it was just another business day.
