As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the spacious and comfortable rooms. The location outside of central Rome was fine for us, and the taxi service to the city center was affordable.

Shower lacked light.

We had a late arrival, but the hotel went above and beyond by calling us to check our arrival time and keeping reception open just for us. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff even stored our luggage and offered to drive us to the station. Excellent value for money and I highly recommend Patrizia Romana Palace Aparthotel. a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect for a week-long stay as it was in a quiet residential district, away from the touristy areas. Secondly, the rooms were modern and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning - making it very comfortable to stay in during the hot summer days. Lastly, the staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all included, including breakfast in the apartment, which saved us time in the mornings before heading out.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of storage options and modern lighting. The outdoor courtyard was a great place to relax. The building felt secure and required a code for entry.

The shower head in the bathroom could be improved, as the size is too big for the shower space and the lack of a glass shower door can cause some water mess on the floor.

We stayed at a wonderful accommodation in Rome. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Armando who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette. the bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in. the location was convenient, with easy access to central Rome and great transport links. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return.

Unbelievably clean, with beds made daily and luxurious linen. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is easily accessible by bus and tram. Very peaceful area with a few food shops nearby, as well as an amazing bakery just a short walk away. Easy to get to central Rome using the bus. Also, their Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area. No pets are allowed, which was great for me.

That the wifi was a bit intermittent, and it was difficult to use it properly during my time at the hotel. there were not many restaurants or shops close by, but if you take a short walk, you'll find a Carrefour Extra, where you can get everything you need.

I loved the terrace at the Patrizia Romana Palace. It gave me a chance to be in direct touch with nature and enjoy the views. The staff was helpful and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It may not be luxurious, but it was definitely a great place to stay.
