We loved our stay at this amazing place. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The Imperial suite was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony overlooking Palazzo Pitti. The room furnishings were stunning, with attention to detail that made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The breakfast was of the highest quality and the air conditioning was perfect. The reception ladies were friendly and always available. we had a wonderful stay and felt like princesses.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of a beautiful city. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from all the main attractions and right opposite a stunning palace. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the spacious room with a king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive, with even a small balcony to enjoy the view. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious and offered a wide range of options.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the main city sights. Beautifully restored rooms with high ceilings, chandeliers, and fine furniture. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, and made-to-order eggs. Friendly and accommodating staff, who can make restaurant reservations. Lovely coffee hall for peaceful breaks. Good WiFi connection.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town and just across from the famous palace. The staff, especially Letizia, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were like stepping back in time, with beautiful frescos and a modern bathroom with a whirlpool tub. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in our rate and served in a lovely dining room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Easter at this hotel was amazing! We were greeted with complimentary Easter eggs, and the Easter breakfast was fantastic with fresh pastries and eggs cooked to perfection. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to help us with directions or recommendations.

There were a few negatives as well. the room was a bit noisy at times, as we could hear the street traffic outside.
