Great apartment in Venice! The apartment was well equipped and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a block from Piazza San Angelo with great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this apartment. 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a separate bedroom and a kitchen area, which we found unique and cozy. The spacious bathrooms, especially with the big tub, were a big bonus for us as well.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

Spacious rooms with a large bedroom and bathroom, as well as a sitting room/kitchen/dining room. Good security measures in place. Helpful staff who spoke good English. Centrally located, close to water bus stop and within walking distance to St Mark's Square. com provided accurate directions to reach the hotel from the train station. Modern elevator made it convenient to access the third-floor unit. Good breakfast available at the sister hotel nearby.

My room at Piccola Fenice was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with a small refrigerator and a microwave. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from San Marco. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, finding me an iron for my Carnival costume. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this cozy hotel.

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely high wooden beam ceiling. the bathroom had extra lighting and a good shower with hot water. the hotel had good amenities including a kitchenette and a fridge. the staff were all very nice and the email directions provided were very useful for finding the hotel. the location was superb, only a short walk to major tourist attractions and close to public transportation.

The hotel was not always manned, so late check, in and check, out had to be done at a different hotel. the hotel was located in a narrow, dark alley, which could be off, putting for some guests.

I loved the spacious room and the walk-in closet at this hotel. The slow elevator was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the streets and canals of Venice. The value for money was superb.

We enjoyed our Easter vacation in an old and interesting building with a unique stairway and a small elevator leading up to it. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the nearest water stop and short walks to famous landmarks. the quad room we booked was surprisingly spacious, with comfy beds and a kitchenette. We also appreciated having free wifi and good air conditioning to beat the heat.

We observed a few items were not clean, and it seemed like they were not attentive to thoroughly clean the kitchenette area for incoming guests like us. there was no front desk staff to assist us when we checked in.

The location couldn't have been better! Just a short walk to all the main attractions and surrounded by bustling streets with plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was clean and well-furnished with a kitchenette, allowing us to have meals in the room. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful directions and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging as there were no clear signs indicating its location. the streets in the area were also numbered in a confusing way, making it difficult to navigate.
