This hotel offers excellent value for money, with attention to detail in their classic-style rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The location is great, right next to the metro and away from the touristy spots, providing a quiet area of the city. The rooms have beautiful views from the windows, overlooking the rooftops of the neighborhood.

All was great, no improvements needed.

I had a fabulous stay at Pinto Storey! The location was perfect, with a train station and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was lovely, with a balcony and fantastic views. The hotel was in a quiet building, which made for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Naples.

Greatly enjoyed the classical and well-maintained decoration, along with the fantastic location that allowed for easy transportation in the city. the breakfast served was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to each day. the staff members were friendly and accommodating.

The lack of coffee facilities in the room was a disappointment, and the noise level when flushing the toilet could be bothersome at times. However, these minor issues did not greatly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The classical decoration and well-maintenance. Sparkling clean and quiet with sea view. Delicious fresh breakfast with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near tube station.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which could be a minor inconvenience.
