Friendly staff, convenient distance to beach, nice breakfast, well-decorated place, rooftop with seating options and sea view. Increedibly kind host, perfect room for a couple, strategic location near beach and old town. Staff gives tour of roof terrace, clean and tidy, amazing sea view, small swimming pool, free parking. Cute hotel in quiet area, 10-minute walk to town, lovely beach across the street, nice room, upper terrace with pool and sunbeds, fabulous breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who enjoy going out at night. It is close to a few lively pubs and a short walk from good restaurants. Plus, it is right next to the beach, offering a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable with super beds and pillows, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast served by the pool is amazing, providing a relaxing start to the day.

There were some issues with the bathroom facilities in one of the rooms, which resulted in an unpleasant experience.

It would have been nice to have a dedicated shower stall or curtain in the bathroom for added convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this adults-only hotel. The rooftop pool provided breathtaking views of the coastline, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The spacious and comfortable rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, as it was a short and enjoyable walk to both the beaches and the historic centre. The breakfast served was plentiful, delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooftop patio was the best! We enjoyed having breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea. the hotel is also located just a few steps away from the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy romantic walks and have dinner by the sea. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in our room was not sufficient and it took a while for the room to cool down. We also had a hard time sleeping as the room was not soundproof and we could hear noises from the hallway.

The hotel is located right by the beautiful seaside, offering stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a backdrop of azure blue waters. it is conveniently situated close to the old town area of Monopoli, providing plenty of restaurant and bar options.

The bathroom design in our room was a bit inconvenient, with a spa that took up a significant amount of space and a handheld shower that needed to be used while sitting. A stand-up shower option would have been more preferable.

We had a fantastic stay at Playa Del Mar - Adults Only Bed & Breakfast. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town and across the road from a quaint beach. The staff, especially Elena and Giusi, were welcoming and cheerful. We loved the comfortable bed in our nice and clean room. The highlight was definitely the huge jacuzzi hidden behind what appeared to be a wardrobe door, offering a stunning view of the sea. Additionally, the outdoor facilities were great for relaxing after a day of exploring.
