The hotel had a great location, close to popular attractions and sights in the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service.

The wifi in our room didn't work for the entire duration of our stay, which was quite frustrating. The hotel was overpriced for what we received, considering the lack of working wifi and the small balcony room.

We had an amazing stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of flavors and options. The room was lovely, and waking up to the view of the church outside the windows with the bells ringing was truly special. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to shopping and restaurants. One highlight was the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city, including the Duomo. With a live musician performing, it was a truly memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated just outside the busy tourist area and right by the river. It was so convenient to access the center of town. The service at this hotel is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the river from our balcony. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a welcome drink, room service, and tours/ticket assistance. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the convenience of having a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area on-site. The staff truly made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The complimentary breakfast at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi was terrific, with a full buffet and a great selection. The rooftop pool and lounge were amazing, providing fantastic views of the city. The hotel also had 4-star service, which is impressive for Italy. The concierge helped us arrange a private wine tour to Tuscany, which was a wonderful experience. the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious feel.

The lobby restaurant is recommended. Helpful and attentive staff. Upgraded to a room with a view. Despite some drawbacks, such as small room sizes and dried out breakfast food, I still recommend Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. I had a great stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The location was perfect, just outside the busy area of town, but still with easy access to all the main attractions and a beautiful view from my room overlooking the river. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who gave excellent service from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safes. The leisure facilities were fantastic too, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a sun terrace where I could relax and soak up the sun.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a prime location.
