We had a fantastic stay at Pontemare! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold food, as well as freshly made coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historic centre and excellent shops. The room was modern, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the daily towel replacement and good water pressure in the shower. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is perfectly located close to the beautiful marina and the historical center. You can easily stroll to the promenade along the sea and explore the city center. The rooms are spotless clean and the bathrooms are equipped with nice products. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is valuable. The breakfast offers a nice selection of pastries, cereals, and fruits. Plus, you can enjoy a cup of good coffee.

The sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and we were bothered by noise from the street. the room had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke, which made our stay less comfortable.

The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I also appreciated the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance they offered. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table provided added comfort and convenience. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock made for enjoyable entertainment during my stay. the facilities and services here ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The soundproofing was excellent, despite being on the first floor and facing the main road, I didn't hear any noise. The room had a fridge and a tea pot, which were convenient. The heating and air conditioning worked well, ensuring a warm and cozy environment. Parking was surprisingly easy to find along the street or in adjacent roads. Although the breakfast lacked variety in terms of savory options and fresh bread, there was an incredible selection of sweet croissants and cakes. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of the ferry terminal and major attractions. The room service was prompt and the bar maid, Josie, was very nice and spoke great English.
