We stayed at a boutique hotel in Palermo, and it was perfect for us as those taking off early. The staff was incredible and spoke fluent English, providing helpful recommendations for exploring the city. They helped us with our luggage and even drove us to the airport at a reasonable price. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the Norman Palace and other attractions. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, setting us up for a great day of exploring. the hotel and staff made our trip to Palermo memorable.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with Sicilian furnishings. The breakfast spread was well-prepared and delicious. The hotel even sent us a gift before we left. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. a fantastic experience!

This hotel is a hidden gem on a quiet street very close to the centre of town. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We stayed on the fourth floor, which had a lovely wee terrace. The room was basic and lacked bedside tables, but fresh towels were provided daily. The breakfast included fruit and was a great start to our day.

The location of the hotel was great - walking distance to Palermo's attractions and near the main street. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing information about restaurants and arranging transportation. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms had potential, with some having a rooftop terrace and private parking available.

One of the rooms did not live up to the expectations created by the pictures and lacked amenities such as a refrigerator and a walk-in closet.

The hotel is in a great location, close to absolutely everything. We were able to walk to the cathedral and other key sites in just minutes down the Corso Vittorio Emanuale. the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided us with a map of the city, recommending the best restaurants and making reservations for us.

The cracked WC seat in the room was a small maintenance issue that could have been improved.
