I recently stayed at Hotel Porta Felice & Spa for 5 days and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. The staff was excellent and the breakfast had a great variety of options, including English choices. The hotel's location was quiet and easy to access the city center. The nearby beach was a fantastic addition with nighttime entertainment and food options. A visit to Corleone provided amazing views along the way. a great boutique hotel experience.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, including English choices. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, providing excellent service from reception to cleaning and serving. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with new spring box beds and mattresses. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a historic area near the harbor and by the seafront. It was also conveniently located near a bus stop for free buses that traveled around the city.

Reasonable price, great location. Excellent staff, early check-in and room upgrade. Suite was first-rate, with a good shower and breakfast. Beautiful view from the breakfast room. Rooftop terrace for dinner was fantastic. Convenient to transportation and walking distance to the port.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and efficient. They provided us with all the information we needed and even organized a taxi for us when we accidentally left something in the cab. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to many attractions and good restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

One negative aspect was the breakfast. the coffee machine was not great and there was a limited variety of tea options.

We really enjoyed being in this up-and-coming area in the old town. The hotel itself is in a fairly small road, which provided a sense of exclusivity and tranquility. The street outside the hotel had an unpleasant odor and opening the windows was not an option. the air conditioning system was turned off when leaving the room, making it uncomfortably cold upon returning.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the spa with its jacuzzi, sauna, and massage services, were top-notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in an up-and-coming area in the old town. The location was fantastic, as it was within relatively easy walking distance of the city center and in the historical center of Palermo. Despite being on a fairly small road a bit away from the center, this hotel was a hidden gem. The service was top-notch, with the staff providing excellent room service and taking care of all my needs. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance offered.

Although the hotel staff was friendly, there was one staff member at the front desk who seemed new to their position and might benefit from more training in hospitality. However, this would not deter me from recommending this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near a wide variety of bars and restaurants, perfect for enjoying the local cuisine and nightlife. Additionally, it is within walking distance of famous tourist attractions such as churches and the historic district. Reviews also highlight the spacious rooms and bathrooms, excellent service from the staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet with a beautiful view from the terrace.

Some guests mentioned occasional noise disturbances from outside, such as car traffic and building work, which could affect sleep quality.

I stayed at Porta Felice & Spa for four nights. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The room was fabulous, very modern and spacious with an enormous, comfortable bed. The hotel had a wonderful full spa on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to all places of interest and the port.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with unique pinkish backlighting that added a soothing touch.
