The property was absolutely stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold water and given fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining. Our room was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring. The location was also ideal, close to main attractions and shopping. we had an amazing experience at Porta Nera and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence.

We had an amazing stay at Porta Nera. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offered us refreshments upon arrival. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and eat in Florence. the location was perfect, centrally located and within walking distance to the river and major attractions. the accommodation itself was immaculate, the cleanest I've ever been in. We will definitely be visiting again!
