I stayed at Hotel Primo for a couple of nights while visiting the area. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my vegan dietary needs by preparing a packed breakfast for me the night before. Despite a minor issue with the fridge in my room, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful and I'm sure they would have addressed it promptly if I had mentioned it. The rooms were cozy and equipped with air conditioning, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and the beach. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return!

This hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean towels and maid service daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and right across from the beautiful lakeside parks. The rooms with balconies offered stunning views of the mountains.

the location is fantastic, just one road back from the lake. It's wonderful that you need only about 10 minutes by foot to reach the lake. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms, while a little outdated, were comfortable and had a balcony. I especially appreciated the air conditioning during the hot weather. Lastly, the breakfast was continental and had enough choices to start the day off right. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Located close to the main strip, easy to find and one with astonishing views. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including an appetizing continental starter, that fortified us for the day ahead. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need.

I had a wonderful stay at a clean and comfortable hotel in Riva del Garda. My room had a balcony with a view of the mountains, and although the bathroom was small, it was suitable for my needs. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the old part of Riva, and the breakfast served was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Riva del Garda.

We had a great stay at Hotel Primo. The staff, especially Emma, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a bit outdated and small, were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the balcony and air conditioning. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short distance from the lake. The breakfast was surprisingly rich for Italian standards. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
