This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of a pedestrian precinct with the metro station just a few steps away. It's also next to the Disney shop, which is great if you have kids. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bathrooms have been recently renovated with excellent showers. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, providing a warm welcome and helpful information.

The breakfast area could benefit from faster service, as the coffee machine takes a long time to deliver an Americano.

the location was perfect, close to the Spanish Quarter and right next to the Toledo metro stop. It was also just a short walk to the Lungomare. the staff at Napolit'Amo Hotel Principe were professional and very helpful, providing me with maps and recommendations for attractions and things to do. the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, with plentiful options and delicious sfogliatelli pastries. the rooms were clean and spacious, and there was even an external elevator. I had a great experience at this hotel.

great little b&b in the heart of Naples! staff was super, breakfast was tasty and the room had a nice historical touch. loved the location, just a short walk from the ferry station and metro. definitely recommended for a cozy stay in Naples.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the action in Naples. We loved being close to both the Spanish quarter for amazing food and the old town for delicious pizza and beautiful churches. The hotel is also only a 5-minute walk from the port, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Even though it's a busy location, we were pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a lot of noise when the shops closed. The hotel has recently been renovated, which added to its charm and comfort.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel that was in the heart of the city on a shopping street, which was great. the modern and clean bathroom was a plus, and the breakfast had a good variety. Loved starting the day off with an omelet and great music playing in the background. the staff was always there when we needed help; friendly and courteous.

The rooms were basic, lacking sound insulation, and the beds were not the most comfortable. the television selection could have been better, with only one or two international channels available.
