The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from San Francesco. The room, bedclothes, and towels are all very clean. The breakfast is very rich and offers a variety of options, including salumi, cheese, different cakes, and cappuccino. The staff is absolutely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to come and stay for an extra day. The owner was very nice and gave us great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants.

The hotel's location in the very center of the town on a hill in the historic centre made it extremely convenient to explore this city. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting with unloading and carrying heavy luggage to my room. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the coffee was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Assisi. The room was clean and the bathroom was a nice size. The hotel is situated in a fabulous location, just a block away from the famous church in the center of town. We were able to drive to the hotel to drop off our bags, although parking was not available on site. The staff were very nice and even though they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate without any issues.
