We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location beautifully on the side of the mountain was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The service housekeeping was top-notch, keeping our room clean and tidy at all times. The ski pass vendor on-site made it convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of activities. The dining at the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations.

The spa facilities and thermal center were great, we enjoyed them a lot during our New Year's stay. the breakfast buffet had a lot of fresh and delicious options, including some from the local area. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of hiking opportunities nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains from our room.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, especially the bathroom where the water pressure was low and the temperature unsteady. the noise from adjacent rooms was easily heard which was not ideal for a hotel focused on relaxation.

The spa at Qc Termemontebianco was absolutely stunning. The atmosphere was so serene and relaxing, and the beautiful alpine views added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the spa pools with their magnificent mountain backdrop. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the small room size and poor soundproofing, these minor inconveniences did not diminish the overall positive experience.

The breakfast selection was phenomenal, including local delicacies like goat milk and cheese. The balcony view of Mont Blanc was breathtaking, especially at night. The spa with thermal water was a perfect way to relax. The staff was helpful and friendly.
