Location was fantastic. Wi-Fi was spotty and no window in bathroom.

Such a disappointing experience with misleading room descriptions!!! An emergency elevator shaft view isn't what I had in mind. Communication with management needs improvement when handling guests' concerns!!! Don't expect a smooth entry with all those stairs!!!

This place was proper lush! Room was massive, clean, and had a fancy bathroom. Staff were proper nice, always on it! Only downside was brekkie could’ve been better. they dropped the ball a bit on orders. Still, highly recommend!

It was just an appropriate option for a quick trip in Rome with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze even at night.

the room smelled like a stuffy box, and the view? let’s just say i had the pleasure of staring into an elevator shaft. i woudl have thought i’d deserve an upgrade, but instead received a hot box of misery. if you enjoy zero airflow, then this is the perfect place for you, but i just couldn’t.
