The hotel has a prime location right on the shore of the beautiful lake. Guests can enjoy stunning views from their room balconies and easily access nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and even saves guests a table for dinner without being asked. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel offers convenient facilities.

Some guests experienced difficulties with the electronic key system, causing inconvenience when trying to access their rooms.

the owner was very helpful in updating me on traffic information and helping me plan my route out of the Dolomites, especially with many roads being closed due to the rain and landslides. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a nice desk, kettle, and coffee and tea provided. the balcony had a beautiful view of the lake, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped and clean. Despite the weather, the heating in the room kept it warm, and when the power tripped, the hotel quickly restored it using their generator.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the scenic surroundings. the room had a stunning view of a natural attraction, and the staff was very accommodating. We were impressed with a delicious dinner menu and the affordable price tag.

We had some issues with the wifi connection, which was unreliable and caused us frustration. the breakfast lacked fresh produce, which would have made our morning meal more enjoyable.
