I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection in Milan. The hotel's design and furniture in the rooms are absolutely beautiful. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the modern aesthetic. The amenities in the rooms were well-selected, and the turn-down service with chocolate was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and always appeared motivated and engaged. Special mention goes to Cristina at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving a small issue with our room. The restaurant, Issei, offered great service and delicious food. It was the perfect place to relax with an aperitivo and enjoy a light dinner. The hotel's location was also great, within walking distance of the iconic Duomo. I highly recommend Radisson Collection for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Milan.

One of the highlights of staying at this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated right next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the Milano Cadorna station. This makes it incredibly easy to explore the city and access other areas. Another great aspect of the hotel is the stylish and clean rooms. The bathrooms are well-maintained and the service provided by the staff is polite and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options, including a buffet, which ensures that guests are well-fed to start their day. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, such as a gym and spa, for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The presence of a fan in the room, which was situated in front of the bed and was not possible to turn off. This resulted in a slightly uncomfortable sleeping experience as it blew directly onto our faces throughout the night.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with exclusive amenities like the spacious bathroom, dressing gown and slippers, and a black-out curtain ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the room facilities were modern, including fast charger iPhone cable ports and a smart TV. Its location near a bus stop provided easy access to Milano Cadorna station. the bar/lounge area was top-notch, and diligent staff like Cristina and Luca provided excellent service with helpful restaurant recommendations.

While this hotel had exceptional service, I noticed a minor issue of thick dust in my room. Though this hotel lacked fresh mint leaves or tea, this minor inconvenience was made up for with the friendly and accommodating staff, who ensured an enjoyable and luxurious stay.

Enjoy casting your phone to the TV or charge it with the fast charger ports in the wall. The location is convenient with a 15-minute walk to the city center and a bus stop nearby.
