As a tourist, I loved the attention to detail at Baglioni Hotel Regina. The staff upgraded us to a spacious junior suite and left a beautiful bottle of wine and card in our room. They also surprised me with chocolates, champagne, balloons, and strawberries on my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the crowds but just a stroll down to the centre where all main attractions are located. It is situated in a safe area, ensuring peace of mind for solo travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of either the former residence of Queen Margherita of Savoy or Rome towards Piazza Venezia and St Peters Basilica. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, making you feel like a valued guest at all times. The breakfast is delicious and there is a restaurant on-site offering a Moroccan-inspired menu.

The hotel is located quite far from the wrong airport in Rome, making it a bit inconvenient for travelers arriving at that airport.

Junior suite comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Lovely seating area, plenty of closet space. Interesting dual entry pristine white tile bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet, and tub/shower. Reception, concierge, and housekeeping staff attentive. Wallet returned with no items missing.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from famous attractions such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Guests can enjoy a delicious appetizer spread at the Brunello restaurant, and indulge in a refreshing mixed fruit salad. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, adorned with beautiful art deco furniture that adds a touch of elegance. The staff exemplify professionalism and genuine care, making every guest feel special.

The nearby construction works at a different hotel may cause noise disturbances in some rooms.

Got a free upgrade and early check-in. Personalized letter and chilled champagne in the room for our anniversary. Bar and restaurant had excellent food, remembered our names, and provided complimentary snacks. Exceptional service from all staff. Perfect location with restaurants nearby and sites within walking distance.

The highlight of my stay was the surprise birthday treats left in my room - chocolates, champagne, balloons, and strawberries. The staff at this hotel were exceptional! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front desk staff, in particular, were amazing and made us feel cared for throughout our trip. The clean and comfortable rooms were an absolute delight, and the restaurant served delicious meals with a friendly and helpful staff.

The only downside was the difficulty of getting in and out of the bath/shower. It was a beautiful deep bath, but it was a challenge for those of average height.
