For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and hop on/off buses. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff, especially Francesco, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. a very enjoyable experience at this small and cozy hotel.

Our group was accommodated on a private floor, check-in/check-out was hassle-free with clear instructions and friendly staff, breakfasts were served to our rooms on time and had various options to choose from, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for walking to main attractions and the train station.

The breakfast at Relais Cavour Inn was a wonderful surprise. We were able to order the night before and have it delivered to our room on a tray, making our mornings hassle-free. While there was no milk provided for tea, which is common in Europe, everything else was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, with several restaurants nearby and the train station within walking distance. We recently stayed at a small B&B called Relais Cavour Inn for our trip to Rome. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Termini, the main train station. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was lovely. The inn itself was quiet, had a lift, and accommodated our special requests. There were also great restaurants across the street. a fantastic experience and we will definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a wonderful stay at a property near a central location in Rome. the communication and ease of accessing the property upon arrival were excellent. the room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures, with added amenities like tea and coffee facilities. the breakfast delivered to our room, which we could customize, was a nice touch. the staff, especially the girl at reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. Despite being centrally located, there was minimal noise, allowing for a great night's sleep. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Rome.

Loved the "convenient amenities" like non-existent staff at reception and broken air conditioning. The "complimentary" breakfast consisted of sad croissants. Such a "heartwarming" experience.

Who needs staff at reception or working air conditioning anyway? The broken condition and lackluster breakfast were simply delightful.
