The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist guests with any needs or concerns. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

My only complaint is that the breakfast options were pre-set and not customizable, which may be disappointing for some guests who prefer more variety or have dietary restrictions.

The staff was great! From the moment we arrived, they were very polite and helpful. They even sent us a WhatsApp message before our arrival with instructions on how to find the reception. the location was perfect for us. It was surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes, and most of the main sights were within walking distance. We also loved the modern and clean room, with a nice view of the street and a beautiful church.

The cleanliness of the room floor could have been better. It was quite dirty and dusty, which made it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes or socks.

Although the floor of my room was clean, I understand that some guests experienced cleanliness issues. Additionally, the payment process was confusing for me, resulting in an overcharge.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome. It is close to the metro line and just a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and nice design details. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing tips and suggestions for our stay. We were also able to leave our luggage in the storage after check-out, which was convenient.

The bathroom did have an unpleasant smell when we arrived, and we had to buy an air freshener.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the Spanish steps and main shopping areas. Very accessible to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon & other main tourist spots. The room was bigger than we expected and spotlessly clean. Daniel and Samantha were really helpful, kind, and always available. We didn't have to worry about anything on our trip. Furthermore, the hotel is very clean and it is located in the middle of Via del corso. Every spot in Rome is 10 minutes away. Very convenient location! It is a value for money hotel and I would definitely visit it next time in Rome!
